Court upholds judicial action filed by Unilever plc by declaring a consignment of products bearing DOVE and SUNSILK signs consisting of i) 2,496 pots of beauty cream ii) 5,040 pots of body silk cream iii) 2,784 bottles of hair fall solution and iv) 480 bottles of black shine and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
