Court upholds judicial action filed by Unilever plc by declaring a consignment of products bearing the signs SIGNAL, DOVE, SUNSILK, FAIR & LOVELY and BRUT consisting of i) 19,200 tubes of toothpaste ii) 2,640 tubes of toothpaste iii) 576 tubs intensive cream iv) 4,320 tubes of fairness cream v) 4,608 tubs of hair cream and vi) 960 bottles of deodorant, intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
