Court upholds judicial action filed by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB by declaring a consignment of 2000 headsets and 4000 batteries all bearing the ‘Liquid Identity’ symbol and bearing “ERICSSON” signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
