Court upholds judicial action filed by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO. LTD by declaring a consignment of 32, 000 mobile phone covers, 1250 chargers, 3000 batteries, 200 headsets and 600 mobile phone covers which were found in one container as well as 11,000 mobile phone pockets, 9000 chargers and 8160 mobile phone covers together with their relevant packaging material which were found in another container bearing SAMSUNG signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
