Court upholds judicial action filed by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO. LTD by declaring a consignment of 3000 mobile phone covers, 10,600 chargers, 4500 mobile phone pockets, 7000 headsets and 400 batteries bearing ‘SAMSUNG’ signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
