Court upholds judicial action filed by Reebok International Limited by declaring a consignment of 9,816 pairs of sports shoes bearing the sign “ROODUK” which is very similar and almost identical to that of the plaintiff company “REEBOK” together with marks which are very similar, almost identical to the plaintiff company’s distinctive Starcrest Device and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
