Court upholds judicial action filed by THE PROCTER & GAMBLE COMPANY by declaring a consignment of hair care products (59,616 bottles of 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner) found in carton boxes bearing PANTENE PRO-V signs and in the case of the bottles 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner PANTENE signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
