Court upholds judicial action filed by Nike International Limited by declaring a consignment of 3,000 pairs of sports shoes and 360 pairs of sports trousers bearing “NIKE” signs together with the distinctive ‘Swoosh Design’ and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
