The Office of the Comptroller of Industrial Property has just released a new set of official forms, styled PAT1 to PAT 9 as well as DES1 and DES6. This marks the first exercise aimed towards comprehensively covering all types of requests which may be submitted with respect to patent matters; it also compliments previous steps taken in the same direction with respect to designs.
