Court upholds judicial action filed by L Oreal SA by declaring a consignment of 57,600 tubes of conditioning colouring cream as well as 47,000 bottles of peroxide bearing GARNIER signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
