Court upholds judicial action filed by Louis Vuitton Malletier by declaring a consignment of 3,220 handbags, purses, wallets, foulards and caps bearing LOUIS VUITTON, LV LOGO, TOILE MONOGRAM and TOILE DAMIER signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
