PROTECTION OF IP RIGHTS AT CROSS BORDER LEVEL
Intellectual property rights are protected locally at cross border level by means of the Intellectual Property Rights (Cross-Border Measures) Act (Chapter 414 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of Malta) as well as the application of EU Regulation number 1383/2003, thus affording protection to right holders. |
