Court upholds judicial action filed by Johnson & Johnson by declaring a consignment of 2496 products bearing Johnson & Johnson / J&J (Roc High Moisture whitening exfoliating scrub) signs as well as 5400 products bearing Johnson & Johnson / J&J (RoC Anti-Age System) sign and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
