Court upholds judicial action filed by Guccio Gucci S.p.A. by declaring a consignment of 110 wrist watches, 600 wallets, 500 belts, 600 bikinis, 1,250 female shirts together with their relevant packing material and labels bearing GUCCI signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
