Court upholds judicial action filed by the UK soft drinks manufacturer Britvic Soft Drinks Limited, owner in the UK of various trademarks featuring the word TANGO with respect to non-alcoholic beverages and proprietor in Malta of a very old registered trademark Britvic Tango, who brought judicial proceedings against Marsovin Limited registered trademark TANGO on the grounds of non-use in terms of Article 42(1)(b). Marsovin Limited appealed the judgement which is thus a pending matter.
