Court upholds judicial action filed by Guccio Gucci S.p.A. by declaring a consignment of 800 belts, 120 wallets and 600 foulards together with their relevant packing material and labels bearing GUCCI signs and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
