Court upholds judicial action filed by adidas International Marketing B.V. and adidas-Salomon AG by declaring a consignment of 1,530 pairs of sports shoes bearing ‘adidas’ signs together with the ‘three stripes device’ and the ‘trefoil device’ and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
