Court upholds judicial action filed by adidas International Marketing B.V. and adidas-Salomon AG by declaring a consignment of 5,304 pairs of sports shoes bearing signs owned by the plaintiff companies and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
