Court upholds judicial action filed by adidas International Marketing B.V. and adidas-Salomon AG by declaring a consignment of 720 pairs of sports shoes bearing the three stripes device owned by the plaintiff company and intercepted at the Malta Freeport to be counterfeit and by ordering their destruction as a consequence.
